The Nursery

Chiltern Hills Montessori Nursery in Downley takes children from three months old. It is split over three sites, just a couple of minutes walk from each other.

The Moor Lane site is opened in early 2021 and exclusively caters for babies. Children will move to the POD when they are about two years old

The Commonside site, which we affectionately call the POD, is based in the renovated Memorial Hall. Children start there at two years old and then move to The Downley School site (TDS) the September before they start school. We also welcome new three and four year olds at TDS. TDS is a modern purpose-built building for three and four year old children. We love the luxury of under-floor central heating and free-flow access to our large, fully-equipped garden.

We are now able to provide daily sessions from 8.00am to 6.00pm for 51 weeks of the year, as well as our popular morning or afternoon sessions. See session times for further details.
